Executive Chef


Chef Joseph Pacella was born and raised in Mars, Pennsylvania.  Joe Earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI in 1997.  Chef Joe has gained extensive experience over the last 18 years, getting his start from Grandma Pacella at the age of 4 years old.
 
Chef Joseph Pacella had the pleasure to work under Chef Doug Davis at Chartiers Country Club as the Banquet Chef for four years.  Chef Joe has worked his way up from line cook to Sous Chef with Bravo over the course of four years.  Since then, Chef Joseph Pacella has been a Sous Chef here at SiBA Cucina for the last three years! 
 
In Chef Joe's free time, he enjoys working on his muscle car, a 1973 Chevy Nova SS.  If you see Joe driving by, give him a wave!
